Domaine Tawse Gevrey-Chambertin Lavaux-Saint-Jacques 2017 Bottle:12 caramel fudgeThe Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux Saint Jacques was touches by frost this year, 25% lost compared to last year, picked on 3 October. There was a touch of reduction on the nose, but otherwise there is plenty of black cherry, red plum and cranberry fruit.
