Balvenie Tun 1401 Batch 2 Shinobu Nose: A gloriously waxy andReleased in 2011, this limited release is the second batch in the Balvenie Tun 1401 series. Named after Malt Master David Stewart's favourite marrying tun used to create this whisky, Batch 2 is a multi vintage matured in 10 casks: seven ex bourbon casks and three European sherry butts, from spirit distilled in the late 1960s through to the late 1980s.
